Information on Personal Data Processing

1. The company PRESCO GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Severozápadní V 520/62, 141 00 Prague 4, ID No 639 85 161, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file 12070, processes the following personal data of buyers within the purchase contract:

In case of an individual:

  • First name, last name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Address,

in case of a company:

  • First name, last name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • ID No, Tax ID No;
  • Registered office address

in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"), for the purpose of providing performance under the contract and further for the purpose of contract record-keeping and potential future enforcement and defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties. The retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the realization of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contract documentation for a longer period. The above-mentioned processing is allowed based on

  • Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the Regulation – processing necessary for the performance of a contract, and
  • Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) of the Regulation – if necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

2. PRESCO GROUP, a.s. declares that all personal data are confidential and will not be provided to any third party. Exceptions are carriers to whom the personal data of buyers are provided to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of goods and further processors, which are

  • Provider of the information system: Asseco Solutions, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Zelený pruh 1560/99, Postal Code 140 02, ID No: 64949541.
  • Provider of marketing software: SmartSelling a.s., with its registered office at Brno - Bohunice, Netroufalky 797/5, Postal Code 625 00, ID No: 29210372.
  • Service provider: RELIGIS s.r.o., with its registered office at Ostrava - Poruba, Spojů 835/2, Postal Code 708 00, ID No: 27786366.
  • Possibly other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the company does not currently use.

3. Commercial communications will be sent to your email address by PRESCO GROUP, a.s., as this procedure is allowed by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless you reject it. These communications may concern only similar goods or services and can be unsubscribed at any time in a simple way – by sending a letter, email, or by clicking on the link in the commercial communication – to unsubscribe. The email address will be kept by PRESCO GROUP, a.s. for this purpose for 3 years from the conclusion of the last purchase contract between the contractual parties.

4. According to the Regulation, you, as the buyer, have the right to:

  • request information from the company on what personal data it processes,
  • request access to these data from the company and have them updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller,
  • request erasure of personal data from the company – the company will carry out the erasure unless it is contrary to legal regulations or the legitimate interests of the company,
  • request a copy of the processed personal data,
  • effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING DURING REGISTRATION

1. The company PRESCO GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Severozápadní V 520/62, 141 00 Prague 4, ID No 639 85 161, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file 12070, processes the following personal data within the registration to this user account in terms of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"):

  • name and surname;
  • email address;
  • address.

2. The email address, name, and surname need to be processed for the administration of your account, such processing is possible based on your consent and is allowed by Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by PRESCO GROUP, a.s. for the duration of your active use of the account and further for 3 years from the realization of the last purchase, but at least for 3 years from the account creation.
The email address will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications for 3 years in case of your consent.
Name, surname, email address, telephone number, and address need to be processed for order processing and further performance under the contract and further for the purpose of contract record-keeping and potential future enforcement and defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties, if such a contract is concluded between you and PRESCO GROUP, a.s. The retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the realization of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contract documentation for a longer period.
The above-mentioned processing is allowed based on

  • Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the Regulation – processing necessary for the performance of a contract, and
  • Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) of the Regulation – if necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

In case of making a purchase of goods at PRESCO GROUP, a.s., commercial communications will be sent to your email address, this procedure is allowed by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless you reject it. These communications may concern only similar goods or services and can be unsubscribed at any time in a simple way – by sending an email or by clicking on the link in the commercial communication – to unsubscribe. The email address will be kept by PRESCO GROUP, a.s. for 3 years from the creation of the user account or 3 years from the realization of the last purchase, if such a purchase was made by you.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by PRESCO GROUP, a.s., i.e. the data controller, however, personal data may also be processed for this company by these processors:

  • Provider of the information system: Asseco Solutions, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Zelený pruh 1560/99, Postal Code 140 02, ID No: 64949541.
  • Provider of marketing software: SmartSelling a.s., with its registered office at Brno - Bohunice, Netroufalky 797/5, Postal Code 625 00, ID No: 29210372.

  • Possibly other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the company does not currently use.

5. Please note that according to the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of registration to the user account at any time, however, please note that if you have already ordered goods from the company, the company may still be required or entitled to process your personal data and that withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of the user account,
  • request information from the company on what personal data it processes,
  • request access to these data from the company and have them updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller,
  • request erasure of personal data from the company – the company will carry out the erasure unless it is contrary to legal regulations or the legitimate interests of the company,
  • request a copy of the processed personal data,
  • effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

GRANTING CONSENT FOR SENDING NEWSLETTERS

1. Hereby, you grant consent to the company PRESCO GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Severozápadní V 520/62, 141 00 Prague 4, ID No 639 85 161, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file 12070, to process your personal data - email address, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation").

2. The email address can be processed based on the consent you granted, such processing is allowed by Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) of the Regulation and will be processed for the purpose of inclusion in the database for sending commercial communications.

3. You grant consent for processing for a period of 3 years from the subscription to sending, unless you extend this period.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by PRESCO GROUP, a.s., i.e. the data controller, however, personal data may also be processed for this company by these processors:

  • Provider of the information system: Asseco Solutions, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Zelený pruh 1560/99, Postal Code 140 02, ID No: 64949541.

5. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending a letter, email, or by clicking on the link in the commercial communication. The withdrawal of consent will result in stopping the sending of commercial communications.

6. Please note that according to the Regulation you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • request information from us on what personal data of yours we process,
  • request access to these data from us and have them updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
  • request erasure of these personal data from us, unless these are personal data that we are required or entitled to continue processing under the relevant legal regulations,
  • on data portability and the right to request a copy of the processed personal data,
  • effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESPONDING VIA THE CONTACT FORM

The company PRESCO GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Severozápadní V 520/62, 141 00 Prague 4, ID No 639 85 161, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file 12070, processes your following personal data in the contact form in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"):

  • Name and surname;
  • Email address;
  • Inquiry;

in accordance with applicable legal regulations, for the purpose of sending a response to your inquiry. The retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 6 months from sending the message in the contact form, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of communication for a longer period. The above-mentioned processing is allowed based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the Regulation – processing necessary for the performance of a contract, or for the implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of a contract at the request of this data subject.

2. Name, surname, and email address will be processed for the purpose of enabling communication between you and PRESCO GROUP, a.s.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by PRESCO GROUP, a.s., i.e. the data controller, however, personal data may also be processed for this company by these processors:
