Return of Goods – Withdrawal from Contract

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then it's no problem. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your payment. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and packed carefully with a completed refund form. You can find the template for the form here. 

We will return the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the goods are delivered back to our address or until proof of return is supplied. Return costs are paid for by the customer.

Complaints

We strive to produce high quality products for you, but in case there's something wrong, we'll fix it quickly, offer a replacement or give you your money back, under the conditions specified in our terms and conditions.

Please send your complaint, with completed complaint form via email to: reklamace@pg.cz. To expediate the resolution of your complaint, please attach a photo of the issue and a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice). Our claims department will then inform you about the next steps.
